The registry publishes decisions as they are issued under the v1.2 publication policy, in force since 18 July 2026. Decisions issued before that date were delivered to the parties only. When the first anonymised decision is published, it will appear here — in the format shown below.
Holding — illustrative text: the Operator relied on a bonus term it could not evidence as part of the contract at the time of play; payment of the withheld balance ordered within fourteen days.

Why publish at all?
Because an adjudicator whose reasoning is never seen asks to be trusted on faith. Publication under §8 lets players, operators and regulators check how Trustera actually decides — while anonymisation protects both parties. Consistency you can verify is the only kind worth claiming.
