Registry of decisions

Every decision issued from 18 July 2026 onwards is published here in anonymised form. No party is identified — the reasoning is the record.

Awaiting first entry

No decisions published yet.

The registry publishes decisions as they are issued under the v1.2 publication policy, in force since 18 July 2026. Decisions issued before that date were delivered to the parties only. When the first anonymised decision is published, it will appear here — in the format shown below.

Holding — illustrative text: the Operator relied on a bonus term it could not evidence as part of the contract at the time of play; payment of the withheld balance ordered within fourteen days.

This specimen illustrates the publication format only. It does not describe a real dispute, party or outcome.

How to read an entry

Case reference
TRU-YYYY-NNN — assigned by the Secretariat at acknowledgement.
Framework
The licence framework the operator holds — Anjouan, Tobique or other.
Category
Withdrawal · Bonus · Account closure · Game outcome · KYC / verification.
Amount band
The claim value in bands, not exact figures — anonymity holds even for unusual sums.
Outcome
Upheld — the player succeeds. Partially upheld — split. Dismissed — the operator prevails.
Holding
The reasoning in brief: which term, licence condition or principle decided the case.

Why publish at all?

Because an adjudicator whose reasoning is never seen asks to be trusted on faith. Publication under §8 lets players, operators and regulators check how Trustera actually decides — while anonymisation protects both parties. Consistency you can verify is the only kind worth claiming.
