To process your claim we require a complete complaints form including all supporting documentation. Please read our Rules of Procedure and Privacy Policy before submitting to ensure you understand the scope and effect of our proceedings.

    Please choose the operator you would like to complain about. We can only accept cases from operators that work with Trustero. Please verify which company operates the domain you played on by referring to the terms and conditions of the website.

    Please quantify the amount in dispute. For foreign currencies please state the approximate amount converted to EUR.

Trustero will base its decision strictly on the information provided by the parties. Trustero does not investigate the facts of the dispute and is under no obligation to request additional information. Information provided after the case was opened may not be considered.
