Check admissibility first

  1. Have you already complained directly to the operator?
  2. Was your first complaint to the operator made within the last 12 months?
  3. Is the amount in dispute between USD 50 and USD 500,000 (or equivalent)?
  4. Is this dispute currently before a court or another ADR body?

    What happens next

      Acknowledgement

      Your claim is logged and confirmed by email, with your case reference.

    2. 02

      Admissibility

      The Secretariat tests the claim against the Rules and gives a reasoned answer within three weeks.

    3. 03

      Exchange

      The operator replies within fourteen days. We may request documents if essential information is missing.

    4. 04

      Outcome

      A written, reasoned decision — target ninety days from a complete file. The court route stays open.
